INSIDE/OUTSIDE SALESPERSON Full-time position, Salary DOE and Benefits.  
Job Description:
Conduct sales calls. To follow-up on all leads, and to create a working relationship with all new and existing customers and
ensure customer satisfaction.
Advise, instruct and problem shoot product-related questions and situations.
Interstate and out-of-state travel is required.
Participate and contribute in conferences and trade shows.
Serve as a key player on the staff; assisting with warehouse procedures, inventory, and office procedures as required.
Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of irrigation and related products.
Must be computer literate. Experience in Microsoft Access and Excel.
2 years previous sales experience a plus.
Excellent communication skills, bi-lingual a plus.
Strong customer service skills, problem solving.  
Clear DMV History.
Able to pass a background check and drug test.
Be able to provide and accept feedback from other employees.
